Agency - South West / Remote
The challenge
With a media budget of ~$1m per quarter this global consumer tech brand challenged us to drive incremental sales, amplified around key-beats across the year.
My role
As the Account Director I was the senior day-to-day client contact ultimately accountable for the success of the account versus both internal and client-facing metrics.
Impact
With RoaS regularly in the double figures the client regularly exceed sales targets, often selling out of product all together. This coupled with a focus on strengthening and growing the relationship saw media budgets increase by 25% in a 12 month period, with associated agency fees following suit.
Video & content production account direction
Agency - South West / Remote
The challenge
A market leading, global network provider was seeking to better educate their internal teams on product innovations and upcoming tech.
My role
As the Account Director I was responsible for the retention and commercial success of the relationship, and oversaw the smooth production of monthly, long-form video assets
Impact
The videos achieved organic views in excess of 20k on social platforms, leading to wider and deeper understanding at a product and solution level. Despite scaling back prior to my involvement on the account I was able to develop the relationship to the point where the client signed on for quarterly retainer with incremental work coming in on top, commercially doubling the account vs. the 6 months prior to my involvement.
Marketing strategy definition & execution
SME - Midlands / Remote
The challenge
Operating in a tight niche this SME tech provider needed to reestablish its proposition and seek out new customers.
My role
Acting as the defacto Marketing Director I was responsible for translating the annual business plan in to a strategic marketing growth plan for finding, educating and nurturing new customers.
Impact
I took the company through a strategic rebrand, including redefining vision, mission and value proposition. I lead specialist third-party teams briefed to deliver against specific tactical elements of the plan. Ultimately, getting the client in front of two of the UK’s biggest retailers.

More about me
I aim to enable my clients to define and execute their vision. I consider myself a generalist, in this sense leading and collaborating with a team of specialists to guide decision-making is a cornerstone of my experience.
I've spent my entire career in marketing, working on a wide array of campaigns, from simple email deployments to complex, global, multi-channel, launch campaigns. I’ve also seen the landscape change over the years and have successfully learned and evolved my approach.
I split my time working directly with my own clients or embedding myself in agency teams.
When working with my own clients I adopt a de facto Marketing Director role, translating the vision of the business into marketing objectives and working with inhouse teams or third parties to deliver.
When working with agencies I often sit within Client Services or Strategy teams helping them to identify how best to develop and execute successful campaigns for their clients.
I fundamentally believe marketing is a collaborative profession, managing stakeholders across seniority levels with varied personalities utilises my empathy, diplomacy, persuasion and strong relationship-building skills.
